The plan will focus new recreation development in Concentration Zones and develops new programs that educate users to improve behaviors and help enforce rules on public lands.
The plan will implement seasonal closures using maps that show where wildlife have young in the spring and find food in the winter. It also enhances the best habitat and helps keep working lands productive.
